Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or by using AppSharer, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence, to use AppSharer. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep your account details current. By using the platform you confirm that you are permitted to do so under the laws that apply to you.

3. Your Account

Your account is personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your password confidential. Notify support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to: - commit fraud, create duplicate accounts, or use automated tools, scripts or bots; - complete offers, surveys or tasks dishonestly or with fake, invalid or purchased proof; - post spam, scams or unlawful content, or harass other members; - attempt to access another member's account or our systems without permission. We may suspend or close any account that violates these rules, remove credits earned through invalid activity, and report serious abuse to the relevant authorities. Our decision on fraudulent activity is final.

5. Earnings and Payouts

Earnings are credited automatically through postbacks from our partners, or after we verify proof you submit for advertiser tasks and app shares. Credits are shown in site currency and may be withdrawn according to the minimums, maximums and fees shown on the Deposit and Withdraw pages. We reserve the right to: - hold, reverse or cancel any credit that we reasonably believe was earned through invalid or fraudulent activity; - deduct fees, chargebacks or corrections from your balance to fix a processing error; - require identity or payment verification before processing a withdrawal. Payout requests are subject to the available balance on your account after any pending credits are approved.

6. Advertisers and App Owners

Advertisers and app owners fund their campaigns in advance and are responsible for the content of their offers and apps. Every campaign must comply with our content policy and with all applicable laws. We may reject, pause or cancel any campaign that we determine to be misleading, prohibited or harmful, and refund the relevant unused balance.

7. App Share Marketplace

Founders set a reward per app share; sharers earn that reward only for shares we approve as genuine and compliant. Approved shares are paid only once per share link, per day, and both sides agree to resolve disputes according to our review decisions, which are final.

8. Referral Program

The Referral Program rewards you with a percentage of earnings and qualifying advertising spend generated by members you refer. Referral credit is only paid where eligibility rules are met and may be withheld or reversed in cases of fraud or abuse.

9. Third-Party Services

Offerwalls, apps, surveys and payment providers are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, behaviour or availability, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Intellectual Property

AppSharer, its logo, content and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our written permission.

11. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, and we are not liable for losses arising from behaviour of third-party partners, service outages, or your own actions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppSharer and its owners, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of earnings, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the platform.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

14. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at our discretion where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached. On termination, any balance still subject to verification may be forfeited in cases of fraud.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AppSharer operates, without regard to conflict of law rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

16. Contact

If you have questions about these terms, contact our support team from the Help Center or by opening a support ticket from your dashboard.

17. App Directory Listings

Approved app owners may submit an app to the public App Directory once they meet the funding requirement. You confirm that you own or are authorised to promote the app you submit and that every detail you provide (name, description, screenshots, website and developer) is accurate and lawful. An app may only be listed once — duplicate listings will not be approved. Listings are reviewed before they go live and may be rejected, edited, hidden or removed at our discretion, and we may suspend the submitter's access for breaches of these terms.

18. Blog & Comments

Our blog publishes articles about app promotion, marketing and our platform. Comments are moderated and may be removed if they are unlawful, abusive, spammy or off-topic. You keep ownership of any comment you post but grant us a licence to display and store it. We may edit or delete any content on the blog at our discretion.

19. Self-Serve Advertising

You may buy self-serve banner advertising on the site. Advertisers are responsible for the content of every banner and landing page they submit, and all ads must be accurate, lawful and compliant with our content policy. We review campaigns before they run and may reject, pause or remove any ad that we determine to be misleading, prohibited or harmful, without refund where these terms are breached. Impressions and clicks are recorded by our systems and form the basis of all reporting and billing.

20. Public Contact Form

Visitors who are not signed in may send us a message through the public Contact Us form. By submitting the form you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to send it. Messages are used solely to respond to your enquiry and may be retained for our records. Abusive, spam or unlawful submissions may be ignored and blocked.

21. Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

Every deposit and withdrawal method may carry both a minimum and a maximum amount. These limits are shown on the Deposit and Withdraw pages and may change from time to time. A request below the minimum or above the maximum for the chosen method may be rejected or returned to you. Where a method has no maximum, the amount is limited only by your available balance (for withdrawals) or by our fraud and compliance checks (for deposits).

22. Card & Online Payments

Where a credit or debit card payment method is enabled, card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (for example Stripe). By paying by card you authorise the charge for the amount you submit. We do not receive or store your full card number; the processor handles your card details and returns only a confirmation and a reference to us. Card payments are subject to the processor's terms and to our review, and a deposit is not added to your balance until it is approved. If a payment is reversed, charged back or later found to be fraudulent, we may deduct the amount, together with any related fees, from your balance and may suspend the account involved.

23. Wallet Transfers

Your account may hold separate internal wallets — an available balance, referral income and a campaign balance. The Transfer page lets you move funds between them only in the permitted directions (referral income into your available or campaign balance, and available balance into your campaign balance). Internal transfers are instant and free, are not withdrawals, and cannot be reversed once made. Only your available balance can be withdrawn; funds held as referral income or in the campaign balance are not directly withdrawable except by transferring them into your available balance where such a transfer is permitted.

24. App Share Pinning

An app owner may ask for a sharer's post to be pinned — kept live, or at the top of the sharer's channel, for a chosen number of days. A pinned share pays the sharer a multiple of the normal per-share rate for each pinned day, charged to the owner's budget. A pin is paid only once the sharer confirms the post is actually pinned, and both sides agree that a pin may be refused, cancelled or refunded where a post is removed early or does not meet the requirements.

25. Third-Party Sign-In

You may be able to sign in using a third-party account (such as Google or Facebook). When you do, the provider confirms your identity and shares basic profile information with us, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your third-party account secure and must not use an account you are not entitled to use. We may enable or disable third-party sign-in at any time.

26. Prospecting & Outreach

We may research businesses that could benefit from our services and gather publicly available business contact information (such as a company website, a general company email address and public business social profiles). We use it only for legitimate business-to-business outreach. We do not collect private individuals' personal data for this purpose, and we honour opt-out and do-not-contact requests promptly. If you have received a message from us and would prefer no further contact, reply to that message or contact us and we will remove your details.
